We ship exclusively within the continental United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. F. Guerra Deberry LLC cannot be held liable for packages sent to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. Address modifications after order placement may not be possible once the item has been dispatched.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
